4. I need to change my order or change my address. How can I do that?
Unfortunately, our orders process very quickly once they’ve been submitted, so we are unable to make changes or cancellations once the order is submitted and processed. Although, if the order has not been shipped out, we can update the new address. Contact us immediately.
5. How do I track my order?
Orders are processed and updated on business days. If your order has not shipped, please check back with us on the following business day to see if your order status has changed. All order updates will still be sent to the email address provided at the time of purchase (order confirmation, shipping confirmation, etc.).
6. My order is missing an item. What do I do?
In the case we do not have all the desired items in stock when your package is being shipped, the shipping confirmation email should tell you which products might still be outstanding and awaiting shipment. If a product does not get shipped, of course you will not be charged for it. No! We are a cruelty-free brand. We do not test our products on animals and neither do our suppliers.
