Shipping and return policy

Domestic Shipping and Delivery (within Nigeria)

Please allow 24 hours for your order to be processed before shipping. A confirmation email will be sent with details of shipping information once orders have been processed and items have been shipped.

The estimated processing times do not apply during promotions and holidays. Please allow additional time for processing, shipping, and delivery of your order during the peak season. Also, please be aware of any delays due to courier service that may cause changes in the delivery times. 

Delivery within Lagos

Lagos residents have the option of Next Day or Second Day shipping. Shipping rates may vary due to package weight and your location. Rates will be shown at checkout before payment. 
All orders placed after 2pm will be processed the next business day.

For Saturday deliveries, Orders may be placed any day but sent in latest by 2pm on Friday to be delivered that Saturday. Orders placed after 2pm on Friday will be delivered the following business day.

Delivery Outside Lagos

Shipping & Delivery time is 2-10 working days. Shipping rates may vary due to package weight and your location. Rates will be shown at checkout before payment. 
All orders placed after 2pm will be processed the next business day.

International Shipping and Delivery

We offer worldwide shipping to all countries around the world with an estimated delivery time frame of 5-14 working days.

We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from DHL to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has exited Nigeria.

Packages undeliverable by DHL and/or their international shipping partners will be cancelled and refunded once received and processed. 

NOTE: Please review your order and shipping address before placing your order. Once a package is shipping out of our facility, it is the responsibility of the shipping carrier to ensure delivery. Honey Beauty is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or delayed packages. If your package is returned to our facility, a full refund will be issued. Honey Beauty is does not re-ship orders that are returned to our facility. If you would still like to purchase the items that were returned, we will love for you to place another order with a new shipping address.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We are committed to providing the best quality products to our customers at all times.
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final and we are unable to accept returns once your order has been shipped out of our facility.
If you receive a defective/damaged product, please contact customer service immediately for a replacement. We are able to replace defective products purchased on our website.
